Shipping Policy

Delivery across South Africa — We deliver door-to-door, nationwide. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.

Collection — Local collection may be available by arrangement in Centurion

(490 Theuns Van Niekerk Street, Centurion 0157) or Randburg (220 Bram Fischer Dr Kensington B, Randburg, 2194). If you'd like to collect your order, contact us at Product@dntle.co.za or 067 775 4866 before placing your order.

Delivery cost — A flat delivery fee of R99 per order. Free delivery on all orders over R799. Order tracking — Once your order is dispatched, we'll be in touch with tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect address — Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address, though we'll always help where we can.
